Our History
Adalberto's, a family-owned Mexican fast-food chain, has its roots tracing back to 1986 when the first restaurant opened in San Diego at the corner of Market and 25th Street. Started by Adalberto and his brothers, the business expanded to across California in Sacramento, Los Angeles, & more and then eventually to Arizona in Phoenix & Chandler. Since its inception, Adalberto's has become a cornerstone in the Mexican fast-food scene, known for its commitment to authentic flavors & family recipes.
In AZ, I knew I had to get Mexican food and wow. This place was unreal. So good. Fresh ingredients - excellent flavor profile and reasonably priced. 10/10.
Spotless dining room. Spotless grounds. Excellent employees. The restaurant has some very special authentic traditional food. I could not believe they serve chilaquiles! Several traditional fruit drinks as well. Priced well. Worth the visit for sure. Such fresh delicious food.
My friends, these beautiful people have mastered the art of the "California burrito". I have no doubt in my mind that God Himself is in the back there hand crafting these beautiful masterpieces. I have traveled many lands, seeking a variety of delicious foods. Yet my heart brings me right back here... to paradise
